Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and efficiency to meet quality standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly, attentive service.
- Ensure timely meal preparation and delivery to maintain a lively, efficient service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing, sanitation, and organization of supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies,



notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
- Follow all food safety regulations and industry best practices to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
- Reliable team player with good communication skills who can adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
