University of Waterloo is seeking a Core Facility Technician to oversee day-to-day operation and renewal of core facilities and instruments in the Biology labs. You will interact with faculty, staff and students to assess experimental needs and troubleshoot issues, while ensuring protected operation and compliance.
Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, training users, managing service contracts, ordering supplies and supporting undergraduate course labs.
