The role offers concrete exposure to corporate and sometimes international files, with a high level of quality and high-value mandates.
Responsibilities – tax deliverables and support for planning - Prepare and review corporate tax returns T2 and CO-17, including required schedules.
- Produce international tax forms, including T1134, T106, and NR4, and ensure compliance.
- Support corporate and international tax planning through documented analyses and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with partners and advisors on the execution of mandates and follow‑up on files.
- Ensure the review of financial statements related to taxation, including tax provisions. Profile sought – must-haves and work style - Have 5 years of experience in corporate taxation in Canada (firm, family office,
or financial services context).
- Master Canadian and Quebec corporate taxation.
- Have practical experience with T2/CO-17 returns as well as T1134, T106, and NR4 forms.
- Demonstrate consistent rigor and a strong analytical mindset in technical files.
- Exhibit autonomy, discretion, professional judgment, and a sense of priorities suited to a confidential environment. Conditions – compensation, flexibility, and environment - Offer a salary of $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and international exposure.
