Job Summary to become a weinject Lead Instructor:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence and train other Nurse’s and Doctor’s , deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments to fantastic clients, and support the strength of our membership. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to elevating the patient experience through expert guidance and instruction.

Duties

- Provide expert training to Nurse’s and Doctor’s in cosmetic injection techniques, emphasizing safety, precision, and best practices in aesthetic procedures.
- Trainers must be expert level in the following disciplines:
- 1. Advanced Botulinum Toxin.

- 2 Advanced Dermal Filler.
- 1. Micro-needling.

- 1. Advanced Plasma Applications.

- 1. IV Drip Therapy.

- 1. Fat Dissolving.

- 1. Chemical Peeling.

- 1. Advanced Biostimulator.

- 1. Cannula Applications.

- Firm knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g. Health Canada Guidelines, CNO Guidelines & CPSO Policy.
- Oversee medical procedures, ensuring compliance with Public Health regulations and maintaining high standards of patient safety and training by example.
- Support the development of our membership program leading by exemplary professional conduct inside and outside the facility.
- Collaborate with medical oversight team when needed to ensure proper oversight of all clinical best practice, medication administration, and patient care protocols.
- Educate patients and trainees on treatment options, post-procedure care, and medication use with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, training sessions conducted, and membership activities for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a cosmetic clinical setting with a focus on patient care and cosmetic injection / esthetic procedures.
- Proficient use of medical terminology, medication administration processes, and advanced injectable techniques.
- Prior experience in cosmetic nursing or aesthetic medicine is required (5+ years), with specific references.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments, trainees and clients simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate patients, train members, and coordinate with medical oversight teams.

- Proof of up to date licence and insurance is required.
