Voyage Couples Therapy is a growing psychotherapy practice in High Park, West Toronto. We are looking for a warm, skilled and dependable therapist who enjoys relationship work and wants to build a thriving caseload within a supportive group practice.

While couples therapy is at the heart of Voyage, our clinicians work with couples, families individuals across a range of concerns, allowing you to build a caseload that reflects your clinical strengths and interests.

We are especially interested in multilingual therapists who can competently provide psychotherapy in a language other than English.

Languages currently of particular interest include Mandarin/Cantonese, French, Arabic, Farsi/Persian, Urdu, Punjabi, Portuguese, Korean and Vietnamese, although all additional languages are considered an asset.

Who We’re Looking For

You may already be an experienced couples therapist, or you may be a strong relational clinician who wants to deepen your specialization in couples therapy.

You must:

- Be registered and in good standing in Ontario as an RP, RP(Q), or RSW
- Have experience working with couples/relationships OR a strong interest in developing a couples specialization
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 consistent in-person shifts per week at our High Park office
- Have some evening and/or weekend availability
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, reliability and commitment to client care

You may be an especially strong fit if you:

- Can provide psychotherapy in a second language
- Have training or experience in EFT, Gottman Method, PACT, RLT or attachment-based,



systemic/family, sex therapy, trauma-informed relational work, or another evidence-informed approach
- Enjoy working with relationship distress, communication and conflict, attachment injuries, infidelity, intimacy concerns and multicultural relationships
- Are interested in developing a strong couples-therapy caseload
- Value attachment-focused and culturally attuned care
- Enjoy learning, consultation and being part of a collaborative clinical team

Compensation & Schedule

$108–$120 per clinical hour, depending on registration, experience and role.

We are looking for a minimum commitment of 2 consistent in-person shifts per week.

Evening and/or weekend availability is strongly preferred.

As your caseload grows, there may be opportunities to add additional in-person or virtual availability.
