House is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker for its Anti Human Trafficking team with responsibilities that involve specialized counseling and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of activities including ongoing assessments, safety planning, and maintaining the well-being of young women in care. This critical role requires compassion, communication skills, and teamwork to ensure a protected, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ongoing assessments of youth needs
- Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention
- Assist youth with routines and sleep hygiene
- Advocate for youth in various settings
- Perform documentation and ensure accuracy Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in child and youth work
- Two years of experience in a residential setting
- Knowledge of adolescent developmental issues
- First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
