Role Overview The CRM Product Owner is responsible for overseeing the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's customer relationship management platforms. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure CRM solutions effectively support business operations and customer engagement objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills with a thorough understanding of CRM platforms and business processes. Experience with Maximizer and Microsoft Dynamics is considered a significant asset.

Schedule This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday, for a total of 40 hrs weekly.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
- $60,000.00–$70,000.00 per year. Salary to commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do
CRM Administration & Optimization
- Act as the primary owner of CRM-related processes and workflows.
- Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Maintain data quality, system integrity, and user adoption standards.
Stakeholder Communication & Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for CRM users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications with MLAs, constituency offices, and other business partners.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system recommendations.
- Provide guidance and training to users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Business Process Improvement
- Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on enhancements and upgrades.
- Support reporting, analysis, and CRM-related initiatives.
- Ensure documentation, procedures,
and user resources remain current.
What We’re Looking For Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, business applications, or customer data management.
- Knowledge of Maximizer and Microsoft Dynamics is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
