Join M’Chigeeng First Nation as a Child and Youth Worker, focusing on culturally relevant programs for youth development. This full-time role involves organizing activities for life skills and cultural engagement. As a Child and Youth Worker, you will report to the Child & Youth Coordinator while collaborating across departments.

Your mission is to deliver after-school programs, facilitate community activities, and promote cultural awareness among children and youth. This position is pivotal in enhancing community well-being and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging after-school life skills programs
- Organize community drop-in and art nights
- Facilitate integration of cultural activities
- Empower youth through coordinated events
- Monitor program success and effectiveness Requirements:
- 2-year diploma in Social Services or related field
- Experience with children in community settings
- Robust understanding of First Nation culture
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean VSS Be the vital link in fostering a healthier community and enriching the lives of youth through dedicated service.
