Wheaton Kia has an opening for a full-time Customer Care Rep.

Our service team is looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills, enjoys building relationships, is highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills.

This position primarily supports our service department with daily operations, during the “before and after” of appointments.

What You’ll Do:

- Book and coordinate customer service appointments
- Organize and file daily documents
- Prepare invoices and repair orders
- Process and reconcile warranty claims
- Provide informed recommendations and helpful advice to customers
- Follow-up to ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after an appointment

- Handle service transactions

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Organized, Professional, and positive personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- A knack for problem-solving

- Valid driver’s license
- Previous automotive experience is an asset,



but not required
