Building out van interiors requires a unique skill set in order to work to fine tolerances, build within curved spaces, build for strength and durability to withstand road vibrations, and to maintain high quality throughout. We are looking for an individual that will not only be responsible for fabrications and installations, but also work as a part of the team to develop our product by designing new innovations and refining our standard details. Building out van interiors requires a unique skill set in order to work to fine tolerances, build within curved spaces, build for strength and durability to withstand road vibrations, and to maintain high quality throughout. We are looking for an individual that will not only be responsible for fabrications and installations,



but also work as a part of the team to develop our product by designing new innovations and refining our standard details. We want your experience and your input!

Responsibilities: Work on a team to build, assemble and install a variety of components and systems in our custom camper vans, such as: blocking and sub-structure framing, insulation,

roof racks and other bolt-on accessories, skylights and roof vents, windows, and others of the many components that make up our builds.

Requirements include

- Strong work ethic and communication.
- Must have a solid command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- Drivers License and/or transportation to our shop located in St. Pauls.
- Experience with fabrication, carpentry, or other fine craftsmanship work.
- Must be reliable, have initiative, be committed and quality focused.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to safely operate tools.
- Ability to calculate precise measurements.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
- Follow directions and ask for clarification/help if needed.
- Ability to work independently and in a small team.

Assets:
- Experience with vehicle modifications.
- Experience converting a van.
- Experience with RV maintenance and repair.
- Interest and experience with van life.
- Dog lover
