As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services and enhance customer experience
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer information and record interactions
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of customer calls




- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish; multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software for maintaining customer records
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team workplace
- Bilingual candidates preferred
