We are looking for a growth oriented, organized, and ambitious Appointment setter who will be in charge of setting appointments for our sales & estimating team.

Position Summary
As an Appointment Setter at Harding’s Painting, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers seeking our services. You will handle inbound calls, and make outbound calls providing information, addressing customer questions, and setting appointments for our skilled Estimators. Effective communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to learn quickly are essential to excel in this role. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Management: Answer and manage incoming calls, providing professional and courteous customer service.
Outbound Calls: Schedule estimates and follow up with potential clients to secure new business.
Answering inbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team.
Cold Calling leads in our CRM to source and set new appointments.
Educating potential customers about our painting and staining services.
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar to optimize estimator schedules.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
Following up with potential customers to secure appointments and convert leads into bookings.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and promote our services effectively.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Production Scheduling: Coordinate and maintain project schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and project managers, ensuring explicit and effective communication.
Email and Communication Management: Manage the contractor's email inbox, respond to inquiries, and relay critical information to the team.
CRM Management: Organize and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep client information accurate and accessible.
General Office/Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as needed to support the contractor's business operations.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year in an administrative role,
preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, engaging personality.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey technical information about services.
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Customer Service: Strong ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Adaptability: Quick to adapt to changes in tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Coachability: Eager to learn new skills and grow with the company.
Reliability: Highly dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
Organization: Meticulous and organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
$25/hour CAD or possible salary TBD
Benefits: Health plans after 6 months
