Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the process.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, upselling menu items, and resolving any concerns promptly.




- Maintain proper food handling procedures and adhere to sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety compliance.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Support team members with food preparation tasks, kitchen experience, or serving duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles is a plus; kitchen experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
