Role Description: Customer Success Specialist is a full time, remote poistion.
The Business Award Concierge offering is our done-for-you service that turns Canadian business owners’ spend into luxury travel with points. We handle everything from card strategy and optimization to luxury trip delivery. We save time and deliver high value to Canadian business owners.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of a portfolio of Business Award Concierge customer relationships. These are all high-net-worth company owners.
- Develop and deliver card strategy and portfolio optimization based on client expenses and travel goals.
- Proactive end-to-end recommendations and delivery of luxury award travel, flights and hotels.
- Lead consultative customer onboarding and long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect the customer’s experience or outcomes.
- Focus on customers’ success and delivering value from day one.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Contribute to customer education materials such as FAQs, guides, and basic help content.
- Proactively track trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer-facing presence.
- Able to manage multiple high-value client relationships at once and drive their success.
- Baseline comfort with numbers, finances, and spreadsheets.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM platforms; proficiency with common office and communication software.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in travel, finance, or related service industries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Based in Canada.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on knowledge of Canadian travel credit cards and loyalty programs.
- Personally experienced booking award travel, business-class flights and luxury hotels in particular.
