Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, orders, and product information using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to process sales orders, inventory updates, and shipment records
- Support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and stocking products efficiently
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements for operational flow
