We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist customers with product information, sales, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Manage data entry tasks accurately for inventory records, order processing, and shipment documentation
- Support warehouse operations by organizing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Use bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) to assist a diverse clientele effectively
- Follow proper phone etiquette and communication protocols to foster positive interactions
- Conduct analysis of sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic analysis skills for interpreting sales or customer feedback data
- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus
