Job Summary

Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as a Dairy Plant Machine Operator! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dairy processing machinery to produce high-quality dairy products. Responsibilities

- Operate dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling machines with precision and care.
- Monitor production lines continuously, adjusting machinery settings to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure proper functioning.
- Assist with packaging operations, including loading, sealing, labeling, and stacking finished products for shipment.
- Use forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility while adhering to all safety protocols.




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and machinery in compliance with food safety standards.
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, machine performance, and sanitation checks.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of dairy processing equipment and machinery.
- Experience with packaging processes in a food industry or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures specific to the food processing industry.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating production quantities, and recording data accurately.
- Familiarity with food processing standards and quality control measures.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
