- Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Working 4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

We at Raise are hiring a Data Entry Operator (Account Maintenance Analyst) for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Responsibilities

- Processing of daily task – incoming cheques, incoming and outgoing wire using systems such as ServiceLink, Client Source, Client Express wire and BTS.
- Assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLA’s, be prepared to put in some overtime when required as volumes fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.

Must-have Skills

- 1-4 years related experience
- Solid knowledge of wire payments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Being able to manage confidential information
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour

Nice-to-have Skills

- Knowledge of Client source, Banking express and Broadridge platforms.
