Turf Maintenance - DAYTIME, SEASONAL POSITION

EARLY MORNING START The Club at North Halton is a challenging 18-hole, par 72 golf course that gives golfers a chance to use every club in the bag. North Halton's beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our tree-lined fairways, wooded ravines, and natural foliage all set in the majestic valley of Georgetown. Designed and groomed to challenge every level of golfer, North Halton offers its members one of Ontario's finest golfing experiences.

The Club at North Halton is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Turf Team. We operate in the service industry, providing our members with opportunities to create lasting memories with their family and friends while enjoying the game they love. NOTE:

Must have reliable transportation to ensure getting to work on time. Punctuality is a key factor in this role

Tasks: Our main focus in the mornings are greens, tees, fairways,



bunkers and rough. We need to present a brand new golf course every day. Secondary jobs are done when we are happy with the course set-up.

- Mowing - Mowing various areas on the golf course like greens, tees, approaches, rough, around bunkers and the clubhouse.
- Equipment use - Push Mower, Fly Mow, Walk Mower, Tri-plex, Backpack Blower
- Line Trimming - Trimming throughout the course. Example: trees, bunkers, creek lines, hills, curbing
- Equipment used - Line Trimmer, Backpack Blower
- Bunker Maintenance - Making the bunker presentable everyday. Raking, edging, shoveling sand, trimming edges, blowing out debris, weeding
- Equipment used - Sand pro, Hand Rakes, Shovel, Edger, Backpack Blower, Line Trimmer
- Weeding - Weeding areas where needed like gardens and cart paths

- Other tasks as assigned

Hours: Shift consists of DAYTIME Monday - Friday + Every other weekend. Needed

Weekend shifts are mandatory

Hours can change depending on scheduled events.
