Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Deep Clan Specialist, Team Lead, to oversee our specialized cleaning teams. This role involves leading cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining productive team workflows. Duties

- Lead and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Oversee deep cleaning projects in various settings, including hospitality venues, industrial sites, and commercial spaces
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team performance throughout shifts




- Ensure the use of non-toxic cleaning products and adherence to safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requests

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
