Job Title: Delivery Logistics Coordinator (Full-time, 6 days a week)

Summary The Delivery Coordinator’s main focal point is to ensure deliveries are picked up and delivered successfully. Which means each delivery is assigned, accepted and picked up by delivery agents before the pickup windows have elapsed, and delivered successfully on time within the specified timeframe. This involves monitoring the backend for deliveries, and coordinating delivery agents to ensure all deliveries are pickedup and completed.
This role will also include some customer support aspects to it.
Responsibilities
- All deliveries within your region are completed on time with our margin parameters
- Managing active delivery agents,
and ensuring that adhere to our values and expectations
- Supporting business customers and end recipients as needed
- Be at the warehouse on time and stay till all deliveries have been dispatched
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and tidy
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Some post secondary education
- You have your own vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem solver, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with understanding software platforms
- Be able to anticipate next steps or potential problems
- Proven experience in logistics or delivery coordination preferred.
