Our Beer Chauffeur (delivery driver) is responsible for delivering beer in cans and kegs to customers, while providing outstanding customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product delivery as a Brewery ambassador.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and obeying rules of the road.
- Lift and maneuver kegs up to 125 lbs using a dolly
- Check and load a pre-picked load from Sales Order Doc.
- Deliver beer to Licensees and Home Delivery customers.
- Pick up empty kegs and record tracking information.
- Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collect payment from customers as appropriate.
- Assist Outside Sales Administrator with delivery route planning.
- Provide feedback to sales and administration staff regarding deliveries and offer recommendations for improvements as they arise.
- Clean beer lines at licensees’ site as necessary.
- Clean and maintain (inside and outside) delivery vehicle; inspect for any issues before and after trips and report any deficiencies to Outside Sales Administrator.
- Other related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- One year of sales and/or driving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Ontario G Class drivers license.
- Confidently navigate city driving and parking.
- Excellent driving skills and ability to read directions/maps and operate a GPS.
- Excellent teamwork,
customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet, and work within tight and changing deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as work alone to achieve results.
- Available to work longer days as necessary.
- Computer skills, including proficiency with Google Docs.
- A passion for craft beer.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
