DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED

We are hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers for parcel delivery in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph areas.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who have their own sedan and are looking for consistent parcel delivery work. Drivers will be responsible for picking up their assigned parcels, organizing their route, and completing deliveries safely and efficiently.

PAY & ROUTE INFORMATION

Pay: $1.50–$1.80 per parcel delivered

Average daily volume: Approximately 130 parcels

Delivery areas: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge or Guelph

Drivers will be assigned one city per day. You will not be required to deliver across all four cities on the same day.

The number of parcels may vary depending on the assigned route and daily volume.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pick up assigned parcels from the warehouse
- Scan and sort parcels before starting your route
- Organize your vehicle and delivery sequence efficiently
- Deliver parcels to the correct residential and/or business addresses
- Follow delivery instructions and use the company delivery app
- Upload photos as proof of delivery when required
- Maintain accurate delivery and scan records
- Communicate any delivery issues through the appropriate channels
- Complete all assigned deliveries by midnight
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Safely handle and transport parcels throughout the route

VEHICLE REQUIREMENT





Drivers must provide their own reliable sedan for deliveries.

The vehicle must be in good operating condition and suitable for completing a full day of parcel deliveries.

No gas compensation is provided. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel and vehicle-related expenses.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

- Own a reliable sedan in valuable condition
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with an active data plan
- Good knowledge of the local delivery area
- Able to use a smartphone and delivery applications
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to safely lift and carry parcels
- Ability to complete assigned deliveries within the required timeframe
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude

Previous delivery or courier experience is an asset, but reliable candidates who are comfortable working independently are encouraged to apply.

WORK EXPECTATIONS

Delivery routes can require several hours of driving and multiple stops throughout the day. Drivers must be prepared to manage their assigned route efficiently and complete all deliveries.

Daily parcel volume and route requirements may vary based on operational needs.
