We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental practice. This role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with dental office procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a permanent full time position.

2 Saturdays per month and one evening per week are required

Responsibilities

- Manage phone system to schedule appointments, answer patient inquiries
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Collect payments, process billing, and handle administrative tasks related to patient accounts using dental software
- Coordinate appointment scheduling

Requirements

- Minimum 1 yr experience as a Dental Receptionist in Ontario, Canada
- Familiarity with dental practice management software. Dentrix experience would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,



with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and billing procedures

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills. Hourly wage will be based on experience and qualifications.
