We are seeking a dedicated and organized Experienced Dental Receptionist/ Hygiene co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in dental terminology to ensure smooth communication between patients and dental staff.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while considering patient needs and office availability.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix records systems.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding treatment, billing, and insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Managing Recall system
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is must.
- Experience with Dentrix software required.
- Robust administrative skills with attention to detail in managing patient information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
