Shaughnessy Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable Dental Receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced dental office. We have a excellent team and are looking for someone who wants to find a long-term position and become a valued part of our practice.

What You’ll Do

· Answer phones and schedule appointments

· Greet and check in patients

· Manage a busy daily schedule

· Process insurance claims and predeterminations

· Collect payments and discuss treatment estimates

· Help fill cancellations and schedule openings

· General dental reception duties

What We’re Looking For

· Previous dental reception experience preferred

· Dental Reception Certificate

· ClearDent experience is an asset

· Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology





· Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment

· Friendly, dependable, and a team player

· Someone looking for a stable, long-term position

What We Offer

· $26–$30/hour, depending on experience

Hours: Shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM
