Design/Build Crew Member – Foreman Track

Suite Pea is a growing, landscaping company specializing in smaller landscape design and high-quality construction.

We are looking for an experienced Design/Build Crew Member with Foreman-level skills to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility, develop their leadership skills, and grow into a Foreman role as the company continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

- Perform skilled landscape and hardscape construction
- Read and follow landscape plans and project specifications
- Complete excavation, grading, drainage, planting, and site preparation
- Safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery
- Help coordinate and support other crew members
- Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship
- Keep the jobsite organized, clean, and safe
- Communicate project progress and issues with the Foreman and Project Manager
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to a positive team environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has 3+ years of landscaping or Design/Build experience
- Has worked as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or experienced senior crew member
- Has strong knowledge of landscape construction and hardscaping
- Has knowledge of plants and trees with experience in planting
- Can read and understand landscape plans
- Is confident using landscaping equipment
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Can solve problems and think independently on site
- Is interested in developing into a leadership role
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a valid driver’s licence

You don’t have to know everything.



We’re looking for someone with solid experience, a strong work ethic, and the desire to continue learning and take on more responsibility.
