We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, experienced patient relations/medical scribe expert to join and assist our thriving Dermatology clinic. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a friendly/outgoing personality, exceptional work ethic, and a keen interest in promoting healthy skin to our patients by scribing patient encounters and counselling our patients on services and products, as recommended by our dermatologists.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization skills with the ability to meet requirements
- High level of competence, accountability and professionalism within the medical industry.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to multitask different responsibilities and deliver output in the expected timelines
- Transactional/Consulting/Sales experience is preferred
- Willing to continue knowledge of new and advanced training and techniques

Requirements:

- Accurately documenting patient medical charts: take accurate before and after photos for clinical research




- Assist Dermatologist with private consultations - educating and recommending skin services and products to improve patient health and wellness
- Patient follow-ups, including: calls/emails, triaging patient concerns, monitoring voicemails
- Scans documentation, send out faxes per physician request. Maintaining notices for Dermatologist through incoming inbox notifications re: patient enrollments, pharmacy requisition and other.
- Booking medical patients, acquire health history, document encounters on EMR
- Inventory control: ensuring rooms are efficiently stocked with equipment/materials
- Following clinic protocols - clinic flow: ensure rooms are ready in the am, following next day. Sanitize rooms between patients and set up for medical procedure.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
