- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential funders
- Develop annual action plans for financial support
- Communicate with funders to meet Major Giving targets
- Write detailed proposals and documentation for donors
- Manage and coordinate volunteer giving programs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with databases (ADVANCE) preferred
