Responsibilities

- Assemble die components using hand tools, welding techniques, and schematics to ensure accurate fit and function
- Polish die surfaces with precision, employing polishing tools and techniques to achieve smooth finishes and tight tolerances
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD schematics, and manufacturing plans to guide assembly and polishing processes
- Operate CNC machinery such as CNC lathes and CNC milling machines for machining die parts according to specifications
- Utilize calipers, measuring tapes,



and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety protocols while handling tools, machinery, and materials during assembly and polishing tasks
- Collaborate with engineering teams using CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD for design adjustments or troubleshooting

Qualifications

- Proven experience with manufacturing processes, machining, or die assembly in a production workplace
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, calipers, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to perform detailed measurements using calipers and other precision instruments
- Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and process adjustments
