Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Label Die-Cut Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain the GM DC350Mini converting line, ensuring high-quality label finishing, accurate cutting, and efficient production output. This role requires technical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor the GM DC350Mini die-cutting and finishing line for digital label production.
- Perform precise adjustments to die-cut, laminate, slit, and rewind labels according to job specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished rolls to ensure accuracy, registration, and quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or production issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain optimal machine performance by performing routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow production schedules and work closely with the print and quality control teams to meet deadlines.
- Record production data, machine settings, and job details accurately in the system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.




- Assist with material loading/unloading, die changes, and other related tasks in the finishing area.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years operating a label finishing or die-cutting machine (experience with GM DC350Mini preferred).
- Technical Skills: Familiar with digital finishing processes including laminating, varnishing, slitting, and matrix removal.
- Knowledge: Understanding of label substrates, adhesives, and finishing parameters.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to identify and resolve machine-related issues quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Solid focus on precision, color accuracy, and cut quality.
- Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
