Little Lambs Daycare is looking for a dietary aide to join our team. The dietary aide is responsible for planning, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with dietary regulations, food safety regulations, and any allergy or special dietary requirements.

Key Responsiblities:

- Plan and prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen setting.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
- Manage inventory, grocery shop, and track food supplies.
- Adapt menus for children with allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain records of menus, food temperatures and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local public health and daycare regulations.

Qualifications:

- Food Handler’s certificate (required)
- Experience cooking in a childcare (preferred)
- Knowledge of child nutrition and allergy awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
