Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Asset Management, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our diverse asset portfolio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to maximizing asset value, driving investment strategies, and ensuring robust risk analysis within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in research, maintenance management planning, and financial analysis, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance organizational growth and stability.

Duties

- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Lead research initiatives to identify emerging opportunities and assess asset performance metrics.
- Oversee investment analysis, including valuation, risk assessment, and financial modeling to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct rigorous risk analysis to mitigate potential losses and develop risk management tools.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team consisting of facilities and equipment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in asset management,



or related services roles with a focus on team development and strategic planning.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and mathematical modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Economics, Mathematics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as AMP or Executive Leadership are preferred.
- Familiarity with risk management, asset register, asset management tools, and regulatory frameworks governing assets.
