Duties

- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Organize clean items for storage or immediate use in food preparation areas to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas to promote a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in meal assembly and ingredient handling.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
- Restock supplies such as dish soap, towels,



and cleaning agents to keep the station fully equipped for efficient operation.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen setting by participating in routine cleaning schedules and waste disposal.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
