Chaberton Estate Winery is the largest estate winery in the Fraser Valley and one of the oldest in B.C. Our on-site restaurant, the Bacchus Bistro, takes great pride in creating fresh crafted food from local ingredients that respect the same traditions and attention to detail that goes into our wine making.

About the Role

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Support food prep activities by sorting ingredients and preparing supplies for cooking and serving
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations




- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used appropriately to maintain hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

About You

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work Thursday through Saturday evenings with the potential for daytime shifts if you are available
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment helps adapt quickly to the demands of the role
- Knowledge of food safety standards ensures proper sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
- Ability to work in Canada
