An airport limousine dispatcher assistant supports the lead dispatcher in managing the daily operations of a luxury ground transportation fleet.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor vehicle locations in real-time to ensure chauffeurs are staged at the airport or client location ahead of schedule.
- Alert drivers to sudden traffic bottlenecks, accidents, or airport construction, and suggest alternative routes to maintain punctuality.
- Assign trips to drivers and push trip details (passenger names, pickup zones, flight numbers) to chauffeur mobile apps.
- Answer incoming calls from clients making last-minute changes or drivers reporting operational hurdles.
- Assist in distributing trips evenly among available vehicles (sedans, SUVs, stretch limos, sprinters)



to maximize fleet efficiency.
- Act quickly to resolve issues, such as locating a "no-show" passenger at a chaotic terminal or dispatching a backup vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown.

Pay: $18.19-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
