Overview

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Divisional Accounting Manager to help lead our accounting operations across multiple business units. This pivotal role involves helping overseeing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. As a key member of the finance team, you will drive efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in all divisional financial activities, empowering the organization to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Five or more years of full cycle Accounting Experience.
- Help Manage and oversee all accounting functions within the division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliation and account analysis to maintain data integrity.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other platforms to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Help Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Help with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audit documentation in compliance with accounting standards.




- Help Lead month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows, help implement system upgrades, and optimize overall financial operations.

Experience

- Proven experience in accounting management within a corporate or division-specific environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Experience with budgeting processes, account analysis, and financial reporting is essential.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience leading teams or supervising accounting staff is preferred.
