We are seeking an energetic and passionate Drama Instructor to inspire creativity and confidence in students through the art of theater and performance. Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate drama lesson plans that encourage imagination, storytelling, and acting skills
- Lead interactive drama classes, rehearsals, and performances that captivate students and build their confidence
- Foster a safe, inclusive space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves creatively
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their acting techniques and stage presence
- Organize and oversee theatrical activities, including improvisation exercises, role-playing, and small productions
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other educators to support students’ artistic growth and participation in school events




- Incorporate elements of early childhood education to ensure lessons are engaging, educational, and tailored to developmental stages

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching drama or performing arts to children or young learners
- Strong background in theater arts, acting techniques, or related creative disciplines
- Experience working with children in classroom or extracurricular settings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young students
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate elements of early childhood education and developmentally appropriate activities
- Creative mindset with a passion for fostering self-expression through drama
- Basic knowledge of related skills such as storytelling, improvisation, and stage management
