Our team is committed to safety, integrity, and excellence in every project we undertake. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Wood Framer to join our growing team.

As a Taper, you will be responsible for preparing drywall surfaces for painting and finishing by taping, mudding, and sanding seams and joints. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, polished final product that meets client and company standards. Minor drywall repair may be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply tape and compound to drywall seams, corners, and joints
- Complete patch repair as required
- Sand surfaces to a smooth finish
- Work independently or as part of a team on residential and commercial sites
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety protocols and company policy and procedures





Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a drywall taper
- Robust attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with taping tools and sanding equipment
- Physical stamina – able to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
