Job Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team and help young learners grow, learn, and thrive. In this role, you’ll create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn and explore.

Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that support early childhood development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills.
- Care for children’s physical needs, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring safety at all times.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through tailored caregiving strategies.
- Observe and document children’s progress,
sharing insights with families and team members regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create cohesive lesson plans and maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques that reinforce respect, cooperation, and self-regulation.
Skills
- Experience working with children in daycare or school setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and developmental milestones.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies.
- Ability to work compassionately with children with diverse backgrounds and abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to early childhood environments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
