You will support children's development for the Before and After School Program, ensuring their well-being through creative activities.

Your role involves compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act and maintaining a protected environment for children aged 0-12. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide caring supervision ensuring child health and safety
- Maintain accurate attendance records and conduct head counts
- Plan educational programming using YMCA curricula




- Document children's development and communicate with families
- Perform daily safety scans of indoor and outdoor spaces Requirements:
- Two-year diploma or degree related to children or youth
- Minimum of two (2) years working with children
- Current Standard First Aid with Infant and Child CPR
- Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators
