Duties

- Assist in implementing engaging educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote understanding and collaboration
- Help supervise children during daily routines, playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education services

Requirements

- Proficiency in English; reading, writing, and speaking
- Experience working with children in childcare or early childhood education settings




- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Ability to operate basic computer applications and classroom management software
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support young learners effectively
