Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated ECE (Early Childhood Education) professionals or ECE IT (Early Childhood Education Instructor/Teacher) to join our team, pending licensing approval in the upcoming weeks. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and fostering a love for learning. Ideal candidates will have classroom experience and a genuine interest in working with children, including those with disabilities.

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through caregiving, teaching, and early childhood education.

Duties

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive setting for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care as needed
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members to ensure open communication and collaboration
- Observe and document children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom environment that complies with safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in ongoing professional development

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively and engage children in meaningful activities
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous
- Caregiving experience that showcases patience, compassion, and adaptability in working with children of various needs

This position is ideal for individuals committed to early childhood development who want to contribute positively to children's growth while advancing their qualified skills. Please note that we have received an abundance of ECEA applications, and although we have not yet finalized our team, we are primarily looking for ECEs and an ECEIT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
