Board is seeking a 1.0 Permanent Educational Assistant to join their team in the West Region. This itinerant position involves working closely with students transitioning between programs, ensuring effective support tailored to each individual's needs. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to students with various exceptionalities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and therapists for effective programming
- Assist in the transition of students between settings




- Implement support strategies, including ABA and Behaviour Management
- Respect and integrate Indigenous teachings into support strategies Requirements:
- Two-year post-secondary certificate in social services field
- Experience with medically complex and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of augmentative communication methods
- Ability to work collaboratively with a school team
