Elixir Alchemist- Full Time or Part Time

You have a passion for crafting elixirs, an open and friendly vibe and the ability to uphold a lightness of being and warm engagement with customers.

Main Tasks:

- Customer Engagement: Provide an exceptional customer experience by listening to client needs and providing informed recommendations
- Elixir Crafting: Preparing and serving elixirs and food items Elixir Bar maintenance: maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, efficient space. Includes clearing tables, washing dishes and maintaining elixir bar cleaning protocols

- Community/Connection: Building friendly relationships with customers

Essential Skills and Qualities:

- Warm & Welcoming: Creates a friendly, inviting atmosphere for customers

- Explicit Communication: Listens actively, takes orders accurately, and engages with customers
- Ease & Confidence in Fast-Paced Environments: Balances speed with attention to detail without feeling overwhelmed
- Live the Lifestyle: Embodying health, craftsmanship, and integrity

Experience to Know or Acquire:

- General knowledge of elixir bar ingredient uses, benefits and functions
- General knowledge of the function, flavour, and feel of each elixir and upgrades

✔ Elixir bar, tables and dishes are consistently cleaned and sanitized
