Reporting to the I.T. and Marketing Supervisor, the Engagement Coordinator is responsible for blending event planning and strategic marketing to build strong relationships between Green Acres Foundation and the broader community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

- Event planning and coordination
- Marketing and social media
- Fostering positive relationships and community building.

Qualifications

- Post secondary education in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Communication, or related field is considered an asset.
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Current satisfactory driver's abstract
- Current claims experience letter
- First Aid is considered an asset

Required Skills and Experience:





- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media management, email marketing tools and graphic design platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
