If you've wanted to get into construction but felt your lack of experience was holding you back, this is your chance. We are hiring entry-level Labourers for our precast concrete manufacturing facility and are prepared to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Duties

- Cleaning and preparing concrete forms and molds
- Setting reinforcing steel and inserts
- Placing concrete into forms
- Vibrating concrete to ensure quality and consistency
- Finishing concrete surfaces
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment
- Following company safety policies and procedures
- Assisting with other production-related tasks as required

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Construction,



manufacturing, warehouse, retail, hospitality, restaurant, food service, or other related experience is considered an asset, but not required

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 40 to 44 hours per week
- Occasional weekend work during peak production periods

Compensation

- Hourly rate negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after applicable hours
