Responsibilities (as training progresses):

- Assist experienced technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Learn to safely handle and adjust springs, cables, tracks, and opener systems under supervision
- Help prepare job sites, transport equipment, and maintain tools and inventory
- Support diagnostics and repairs, gradually taking on more responsibility as skills develop
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site
- Complete basic job documentation and reporting as trained

What we're looking for:

- No garage door experience required — full training provided
- Previous construction experience or experience working with hand tools is an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and being on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- A genuine interest in building a skilled trade career
