The position supports high-volume BAU activities within a hybrid environment and works closely with internal technology teams and business partners.

Contract, Toronto, 1 day per week in office, day can be flexible. 161 Bay Street 6 months Must Haves - 1+ years in access management, technology support, or service request management environments - Experience with ServiceNow access requests, provisioning, modification, and revocation activities - Experience working with Active Directory (ARS) and Microsoft Exchange - Following documented procedures within established controls, policies, and standards - Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Nice to Have - Experience with ID creation across multiple infrastructure platforms - Experience working with Active Directory or ServiceNow Responsibilities - Execute add, modify,
