We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician/ medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and retail sales, along with experience in and sanitation practices. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laser treatments while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties
- Passionate and driven esthetician, with three years of experience in delivering high-quality esthetics services that reflect specific client needs.
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments according to established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained before and after each procedure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or beauty setting.
- Familiarity with body waxing techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a clinical or salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
- Certification or training in laser technology is mandatory.
